Holiday rentals
Twin Elm offers "ROOM ONLY" rates for those passing through or for those who just want to spend the night at a Dude Ranch. Morning Coffee is ready at 7:00 so you can sit outside your homestead and enjoy the fresh morning air. If you like you can check out our game room, go swimming or just take a tour of the ranch at your leisure. We also have horseback rides available four different times a day at $35.00 (Tax Not Included) per person and during the summer we offer Tubing for only $5.00.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations for All Inclusive Guest and Room Only Guest require a deposit of a one day's stay and due when reservations are made with full payment upon arrival.
Cancellation must be received 30 days prior to arrival with deposit refunded, less a $30.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation is received after the 30 day prior period, the deposit will not be refunded. Also no refund for early check-outs and we do charge for the full reserved time.
